    At the 10-second mark, there’s an error-420 grams of water instead of 215 grams.

    I doubt it about the water portion. A 30% ratio should be very dry not so sticky. I maybe wrong but the water % looks like 50-60% at least.

      Yes, of course!! I made a mistake! It’s 420 grams of water, of course! Thank you for noticing! I corrected it in the video description. The thing is, I usually bake one loaf and use 210-215 grams of water, but this time I decided to make two. Out of habit, I started writing the recipe as if it were for one loaf! 😊
