I was wondering if I was one yellow short as I only had 5 for the opponent as well!

    Hi,
At 31:01, you are not supposed to take the pieces to complete the other puzzle. Rule book page 7 about finishing touches: " You must perform all your Finishing Touches before any of your puzzles are considered complete. i.e. you cannot complete one puzzle with a Finishing Touch and then use the pieces gained from that to perform additional finishing touches.

Your final score should be 15 (since 3 and 5 value puzzle not completed) - 3 (from finishing touches of 4) - 8 (3 and 5 value puzzle not completed) = 4..
