- Extreme demons are the lifeblood of geometry dash. New levels in the top 10 often attract hundreds of thousands of onlookers and praise for their difficulty. Levels like Cataclysm, Bloodbath, Sonic Wave and Bloodlust are all widely beloved with millions of downloads in game. That love doesn’t extend to every new top level however. There’s a level that was hated across the community both before and after its rating. A level so infamous for being bad people still cite it as an example of the rating systems flaws. This is the story of thinking space.

The world will never be fully against Thinking Space, because thankfully I am here to save that dystopia from becoming reality. Brother, we must stand together and fight for what we believe in, no matter WHO or WHAT is against us. We will have trials & tribulations along the way, but that is a part of the journey to achieve greatness.

ngl i think the rating of silent clubstep changed my perspective on thinking space getting rated. i do agree that levels verified years after they were made should get made if they were similar or better in quality to rated levels at the time, and thinking space and silent clubstep probably would’ve be rated if they were verified when they were actually made

Thinking space does not deserve this much hate. Much worse levels have passed through the rating system (some literally could be made in like 1 hour like goldenclub by jeyzor and some literally have no effort put in at all like how to clutterfunk) and receive not nearly as much hate.

I was doing cata as my first, gave up, beat hidden in the sand as my first and then bloodbath as my second. 5 monts later, I beat cata.@@TheFODgaming
cata isnt even that good, i jumped from windy landscape and i have 80% and drop to 100 3 times, idk how its so easy but the first wave might haunt me but i get through it every other attempt

I remember seeing this level on the list for the first time. Even though Tartarus was Top 1 at the time, something about Thinking Space made me think that it was the hardest thing ever. I think it was the really unorthodox gameplay, the unforgiving tight spaces, or the lack of balancing, or so etc. To this very day, I still can't believe Atomic was able to even verify this level all those years back.

The pacing is so fast that it’s hard to keep track of what’s actually happening, but you just keep repeating the same points and explaining random things that aren’t relevant. I’m lost and bored at the same time lol. 5:42 you build up-to this moment, but there’s no tension or anything since you’ve already covered his bad luck. Once you get past the atomic timeline, the video actually gets decent. 8:23 this contradicts the title. More hated extreme demons are: bass cave, avernus, and sakupen circles.

thinking space sucks its below average deco, terrible gameplay and is only liked because it took so long to make, another reason its liked is because atomic took so long to verify it, the song is mid at best and doesn't deserve to be rated, if anything its a disgrace to GD rating standards like XO it should not be rated.
