I really appreciate you showing us what it looks like inside of the auction, we're just getting started with our farm and our businesses and so you gave us a lot of ideas so I really appreciate that thank you so much.
I recently bought a bunch of 2week old baby laying hens on clearance 2 dollars each . Store owner didn't want to keep feeding them.... So at 2 dollars a Bird I scored 👍👍👍
I can’t Believe how cheap everything sells for up there!! When I’m ready to get back into the birds I’m loading up the trailer with crates and coming your way to hit that auction!!
Hiya Jordan, nice content again, roosters rarely sell for more than 50 pence here mostly less than that, when we can sell, most folk give surplus roosters away. Avian flu is a big problem, we can only keep 50 birds total before we have to register, today we were allowed to let poultry and pigeons have free range again. By birds they mean chickens, ducks, geese, quail, pheasants, guinea fowl and turkeys and up to today all had to be under cover and no vermin or wild birds allowed to get in, how do you stop mice when they get through half inch mesh ? Like you we have many different birds including the above plus canaries, pigeons and budgies. We always look forward to all your vids including shooting, fishing and trapping as well as farm and auction life. Take care, Norfolk, UK Ray
I know its only for a short time but i can’t agree more on the presentation comment. Some of those cages were WAY too small especially for multiple birds
Central Kansas? Are you out west near Goodland or centrally near Abilene/Salina? I live in Topeka and the nearest auction like this that I've found is near KC.
People give away roosters here. I even scored 5 free hens that were already laying from some folks that got birds, who probably shouldn’t have. I have a buddy up the road that sells laying hens for just $5 each. He’s always trying to get me to buy more. I have 14 hens now and that seems just about right. We offed the last of our turkeys so we no longer have any of them. They’ll be missed. We also have a peacock. Still looking for a peahen for him.
M8 just one question , where is Karen and her off springs ? Your videos are good , your comments are amazing . The family and I enjoy watching your life living in a farm. Keep up the good work. God bless y'all.
Auction and flipping birds and animals is my gambling lol. I'm building a goat pen for when I find cheep goats and sheep that I can pick up and flip at the spring auction.
I got 23 chicks from Cackle Hatchery on 5/5 and I can’t tell the difference between the Welsummers and Olive Eggers. Cackle had put green color on the welsummer necks but it wore off. They look WAY too similar for me to figure out 😫. My channel has a short video/slide show of the 23 chicks for anyone interested 😊 That poor $4 bargain rooster. I’d buy him 🤣
I definitely would have gotten the piglets. Same size as pigeon eggs... pheasant eggs? So far I like the new format. I do like the old way as well. Also what ever happened to the lost Pigon you found at the dairy?
I really appreciate you showing us what it looks like inside of the auction, we're just getting started with our farm and our businesses and so you gave us a lot of ideas so I really appreciate that thank you so much.

I just cannot get enough of your Amish auctions videos!😊
When you have a hen gone broody, mark the eggs she's sat on with a marker pen, then you know what eggs to remove and put in the incubator.
Good idea!!! Thanks!
Auction videos are my favorite to see what the market is in other states
I’m glad you like them!!!
