I am in to wear the salt and pepper and grey wigs now. I would like to see more 12" or straight Grey styles. The wig makers seem to think that if you have Grey hair, it should always be a pixie cut or very curly style. Why can't grey hair be long and sleek. My ideal length would be 12 to 14". Do better!

I am extremely disappointed. The 16 inch drawstring ponytail I ordered does not have enough grey and there are no clear instructions on how to exchange. I am not rich and this was an expensive purchase!! Please help me

Which hair type is that ponytail? Kinky, coily, curly? I went to the website to purchase, but was unsure the hair type you’re showing.
16" Grey Human Hair Drawstring Ponytail™️-GPONT001. It’s either considered coily or kinky. I will have to ask because I’m wearing the prototype, so at the time they had only developed one type. It has more of a frizzy look and feel so I would bet this one is classified as their kinky.

They are owned by the same head company, but are completely separate divisions/companies from each other. That’s the best way for me to put it… but I don’t work for them.
