Thank you for sharing your experience. I've been thinking about buying one for a while now and after seeing your video I've decided to get mine from temu as well seeing as I'm a beginner and money is an issue. Thank you so much for sharing. And you are very talented! I subscribed and I will be following your content. Very nice 👍🙂 thanks again!

Thanks for the video, I'm currently waiting on my Temu Handpan, if it sounds like yours I'll be more than happy for the price it cost.

    Hi RMT,
This has been my first few views of your channel uploads and subsequently the first comment for me too.
I've been searching for examples of well played, well recorded, well tuned, 'cheap', factory-made, mass-produced handpans and have only found a few examples, including your own.
I followed a comment read on another percussionists/pan players channel (Max and Chloe) from a year ago, regarding removing the rim protectors, specifically the rubber underneath the cord.
The chanel uploaded a video around November 2023, with a short comparison of with and without/before and after.
I'm absolutlely certain that there's a difference in sound envolope and overtones.
Can I ask if you've tried playing the handpan after removing the rubber rim protector?
If you haven't it maybbe worth giving the videona watch and experimenting yourself!
Think I'll be making the first purchase!
Thank you for your time, efforts uploads and insight.
I shall keep tuned and look forward to more!
    Keep on a-tapping!

Thanks for the lovely comment! I’ll check out that channel you mention!
I haven’t tried removing the protector but I’ll definitely give it a go. Thanks for the tip!
      Hope you enjoy your Handpan!

Thanks for the follow-up video! (You should “pin” it to your other video.) I can’t believe how good you got I just a little bit of time. Bravo! 🦋

Try placing the high note notches on the instrument away from you and the low notes towards you.
