I was thinking, "why is a John Deere engineer wearing a crappy old John Deere hat?". I'm assuming that Hartung Family Farms uses quite a bit of Beck's seed? You couldn't do business with a finer company!
I like how ur always bragging about being a John Deere engineer but u can’t design better cups holders in more convenient spots and stop with all the belts on the combine, I have to take the whole side of the combine apart and 6 belts to get to the belt I need to, so ridiculous
A belt is the most efficient form of power transfer. Belts are cheap and easy to fix, while gearbixes and hydraulic valves cost more and not as easy to troubleshoot. A lot of farmers don't know how to troubleshoot a full pressure compensating hydraulic system.
@@cjcoughlin5041 yeah I know belts don’t take away from power but I don’t want to have to take 5 outside belts off just to replace the inner one, it’s an all day process if you’ve never done it or know what I’m talking about
We want more Daisey! She is taking over the lead role!
I would like to know on your hay how much is the hay and would you deliver I live in cedar rapids iowa where it is very dry thank you

I wouldn’t let him drive, my lawnmower, let alone a tractor
Did you do any soil testing? Then you will know what you need.
13:48 who did you drive for 10 miles south of CR?

Ron, What kind of a college degree did you get to have a job with Deere?
Enjoyed the video Ron 😊
Need an editor I do believe! Repeating!
That corn needs water and fertilizer.

Shouldn’t take much engineering to copy a NH Twin rotor..
