These guided meditations, which cross dimensions and dance with symbolism, make me so happy. I don't often have the opportunity to resonate with wild beings. Living in a world of normies is sometimes disconcerting.
I've totally felt like I've met other "selves" that have shown me where I'd be now if I'd taken another path in life. It's been a trippy experience for sure. We have clashed at times because we trigger each other so there isn't communication going on but there is definitely a brotherly & sisterly feeling for them even now. Thank you for the messages clarifying how I've been feeling and what I've been experiencing. I had the most mystical journey with Spirit last night where I acknowledged and welcomed back all my previous selves in this lifetime which made me whole. I had the familiar image of the peeling of the onion layers come to me. As I've been peeling back these old layers - instead of discarding the old selves, I needed to actually incorporate those old selves into the new. I saw that I went to the inner most layer - the smallest, most raw self to find the whole - the all. It was emotional & mystical. It did feel like once I went through that experience that I was also helping these other selves who are also on this mystical human experience. It's nuts that you confirmed to me what I've been feeling for years - that we have other soul selves out there experiencing human incarnations at the same time & sometimes we meet them and that is wild. And yep, the telepathic experiences are crazy. And I've also stopped expecting that anything will come of the connections other than a recognition that we are connected in that way and we are all on our separate journeys but we can spiritually help each other as we continue to spiritually advance ourselves individually. it's tricky bc sometimes when we keep ruminating on something it's bc we really do need to figure out something new about the situation that will set us free, for me it was allowing myself to experience my pain and anger and stop gaslighting myself that I'm above this human nonsense, but sometime later it came back and more recently it was deciding not to forgive them to honor the part of myself that was hurt, while still accepting the situation and not holding onto resentment that helped. bc I realized their actions were intentionally malevolent and evil does not need to be forgiven, that will just make it more confused, evil needs to be held accountable. but otherwise just learn to center yourself and practice mindfulness and whatnot, clear your mind from unhelpful programming with shadow work. another thing I do when I feel my energy is all over the place is reach my hand comfortably out and up, fingers pointing up, and then lock my fingers together and move my hand towards my heart to draw my energy back in.

it's tricky bc sometimes when we keep ruminating on something it's bc we really do need to figure out something new about the situation that will set us free, for me it was allowing myself to experience my pain and anger and stop gaslighting myself that I'm above this human nonsense, but sometime later it came back and more recently it was deciding not to forgive them to honor the part of myself that was hurt, while still accepting the situation and not holding onto resentment that helped. bc I realized their actions were intentionally malevolent and evil does not need to be forgiven, that will just make it more confused, evil needs to be held accountable. but otherwise just learn to center yourself and practice mindfulness and whatnot, clear your mind from unhelpful programming with shadow work. another thing I do when I feel my energy is all over the place is reach my hand comfortably out and up, fingers pointing up, and then lock my fingers together and move my hand towards my heart to draw my energy back in.

Because when I find I reader I like and start to listen to them 3.like a month Goes by then a reading appears from these readers 6 of them sofar that gets om point of. my chart. my life I feel they mean me in my gut and heart and brain one has 3...and last time a exploded ND called that reader out of the but I took my comment down and apologized..
