Forgive this video, back and still a little unsteady in brain and body. But anyway, the best way to give your players your lore and backstory is to play it, not read it.
Great points. One thing I find I can do at the beginning but which is more difficult later on is feeding info to individual players. I’d love to get them revealing to each other rather than everything coming from me.

That's actually a good idea. Sharing their own stories from all around the campaign makes if seem larger, yes indeed.
