I usually don't watch these kinda shows (like odia and all, now don't call me an anti-odia, infact idfc lmao), since at home, saw my parents watching this, intially i didn't like it much, now it's a bit fun.
Secondly:
if you have the will to grow, you can grow through any environment irrespective whether it's govt. or private. Some things may come in your favour in catalysing your growth at private, but at the end you're the only one who is responsible. with hardwork and determination, anything is possible.
eg: my supervisor, got his basic education and all from govt. institution, PhD at IISc Bangalore, Post Doc Imperial college London, now a professor at one of India's front line institutes.
