- Too many people seem to believe that they are not allowed to put themselves first or go after their own dreams out of fear of being selfish or sacrificing others' needs. My next book, "The Self-Love Experiment, Fifteen Principles for Becoming More Kind, Compassionate, and Accepting of Yourself," (released Aug 29, pre-order now) rectifies this problem. I conducted a series of social experiments to help demonstrate the root cause of our lack of self love as a culture and society. Enjoy and please share. This message is important. We all deserve love and our own care.

Beautiful project. As a note, women are not just beautiful, they are amazing and awesome too! For too long, the emphasis on "beauty" has put a heavy burden on women worldwide. The qualities of the heart and soul should define 'beauty' - not in the superficial sense of the word.
How touching! What a wonderful idea!
This is beautiful and inspiring. 💕💕
THIS is BEAUTIFUL!! 🙌🏼💛✨

Than you April, so happy you liked this message and are excited for the book. XOXO
Great reminder, the statistics spelled out clearly... I get it's not a gender thing, it's a human thing, and women are guilty too. I am pre-ordering your book for all my friends. Hi-5
So happy you enjoyed this. Thanks so much for your support. XOXO
