    Top 3 questions answers-
    1) The acid needed here is Nitric acid and the base needed here is Ammonium hydroxide.
    The chemical reaction is-
    HNO3 + NH4OH = NH4NO3 + H2O.
    2) a) Vinegar contains acetic acid.
    b) Milk contains lactic acid.
    c) Tomatoes contain oxalic acid.
    d) Apples contain malic acid.
    3) Toothpaste is basic in nature. Our mouth contains many acids. We know that a base can neutralize an acid. In this case it becomes neutral and that's why Toothpaste help prevent decay teeth.
And another acid that tomatoes contain I think other than oxalic acid is citric acid since it is sour.
Sir would you please check my answers?

    1. Ammonium chloride(weak base)+ Nitric acid (strong acid)will give Ammonium nitrate(acidic salt)+ water. 2.(a)Acetic Acid,(b)Lactic Acid,(c)Oxalic Acid,(d)Malic Acid. 3.Toothpaste is actually basic in nature. So, it helps in removing the bacteria that is present in the teeth that contains acid. So, the toothpaste will neutralise the acid and helps in preventing tooth decay.

    And your answers are≈
    (1)-Ammonia and Nitric acid.[HNO³+NH³--NH4NO]
    (2)- -Vinegar~Acitic acid.
    -Milk~Lactic acid.
    -Tomato~Oxalic acid+Maleic acid.
    -Apple~Maleic acid.

Tomato sauce has vinegar in it which is used in many materials like pickles as a preservative. Thus, tomato sauce has oxalic and acetic acid.
1.) Ammonium Hydroxide + Nitric Acid ----------> Ammonium Nitrate + Water + Heat
    NH4OH + HNO3 ---------> NH4NO3 + H2O + Q
2.) a.) Vinegar isused in many materials like pickles as a preservative and has Acetic acid in it.
b.) Milk or curd has lactic acid in it
c.) Tomato sauce has Oxalic acid present in it
d.) Apples is mostly determined by the Malic acid present in it
3.) Major tooth issues like tooth decay is caused when we eat sugary foor such as chocolates, sweets, etc. The bacteria's act upon this sugar and transform it into acid because ( bacteria + sugar = acid ), and this acid eats up the tooth leading to tooth decay. As Toothpaste is a base, it prevents the acid from eating up the tooth by neutralizing it's effect. Hence, Toothpaste prevents tooth decay

1.Answer. nitric acidThe industrial production of ammonium nitrate entails the acid-base reaction of ammonia with nitric acid: HNO3 + NH3 → NH4NO. Ammonia is used in its anhydrous form (a gas) and the nitric acid is concentrated. The reaction is violent owing to its highly exothermic nature.

    1. Ammonium nitrate (NH4NO3) is indeed soluble in water. It is formed by the reaction between ammonium hydroxide (NH4OH) and nitric acid (HNO3).
    2. Vinegar contains acetic acid, milk contains lactic acid, tomatoes contain oxalic acid, and apples contain malic acid. These acids contribute to the characteristic taste of the respective food items.
    3. The bacteria living on the teeth and gums produce acid, which can erode the tooth enamel and cause dental decay. Fluorine, which is contained in toothpaste, neutralizes this acid and helps to prevent tooth decay.

    1.HNO3+ NH4OH - NH4NO3+H2O
2.a) acetic acid b) Lactic acid
    c) Oxalic acid d) malic acid
    3. Bacteria present in our mouth may react with sugar and generate acids. This can corrode our tooth enamel which leads to tooth decay. Toothpastes which are basic in nature can neutralize these acids and thus can prevent our tooth from decaying.😅

Toothpaste helps prevent tooth decay through its active ingredients, which work in several ways:
    1. Fluoride: Most toothpaste contains fluoride, a mineral that strengthens tooth enamel, making it more resistant to acids produced by bacteria in the mouth. Fluoride also helps remineralize areas where enamel has started to break down, reversing early signs of decay.
    2. Antibacterial agents: Toothpaste often contains compounds like triclosan or stannous fluoride that help reduce the number of harmful bacteria in the mouth. These bacteria contribute to plaque formation and acid production, both of which lead to tooth decay.
    3. Physical Abrasives: The mild abrasives in toothpaste help scrub away plaque and food particles from teeth, reducing the potential for bacteria to grow and cause cavities.
    4. Prevents Acid Erosion: Toothpaste helps neutralize acids produced by bacteria in the mouth, which can erode enamel and lead to cavities.
By brushing with toothpaste regularly, you help protect your teeth from the factors that cause decay.

    Q2) Answer - (a) Acetic Acid , (b) Lactic Acid , (c) Citric Acid, (d) Malic Acid
Q3) Answer - when we are not brushing our teeth the microorganisms starts feeding on the remains or which is stuck between our teeth and they start producing acid this acid which is produced from microorganisms will lead to the teeth decay, so to neutralise the acid, we have to use base (toothpaste)

    Apples:Malic acid and tataric acid
Q3: Toothpastes defend the tooth from teeth decay because it contains fluoride which is a weak base and neutralizes the effects of the bacteria in the mouth which is acidic

    1)NH4OH + HNO3 = Ammonium nitrate + H2O
    2)a. Acetic acid
    b.Lactic acid
    c.Oxalic acid
    d.Malic acid
3)The covering of the teeth is enamel which is a base. The cavities are acidic in nature. So, it will corrode the enamel layer
giving us some teeth sensitivity. So, it is better you brush your teeth with toothpaste because toothpaste is basic helping the enamel and prevent corroding.
