After a interesting and slightly disturbing comment I decided to just delete rather then reply to and cause a big stir up, I'd share some info about these specific silicone pets. Not all artists, because I can not vouch for all of them, but Ping Lau specifically sculpts the original creation from clay with her own hands. She is an amazing sculptor with a love for animals that is to be admired. That's all I say on this topic.
