It's really hard to think HBS from a poor or middle class family. But we believe that HBS family is more helpful.

Currently having 1 year of work ex and before joining can complete 2 years of work experience. Is this right time to apply or I should wait for gaining 2 years of work experience before applying?
I think you should wait for 2-3 years more to gain the experience.

@@HarvardHBS my issue is centre around getting test scores before the deadline for the 2nd round which is 5th january 2021. I could get all the other aspects of my application, what can I do in this case
