NOTE: I Don't Have This Tape Anymore, But I Will Keep This Video Up, Especially With How Popular This Video Is.
I guest the Bootleg forgot to mentioned "Bonus Feature: The first half hour of Thomas and the Magic Railroad".
This is very common in bootlegs. I read about a bootleg of The Lion King that ended with Forrest Gump.
Is that the one in the clamshell with the movie poster for a cover? And a homemade vertical sticker label on the tape?

Just from the dubbing machine the bootlegger used. They forgot to turn off VCR 2 when prepping another tape dub so it recorded what they were doing. It's copyright infringerinos in action!
That happened when BitTorrents hit the scene where you can pirate these movies before they will sent to jail and doing the “Jailhouse Rock” by Elvis.
The first VCR the bootleggers were using was done, the second one was still recording and a DVD of Thomas was caught.
It is very easy to make a VHS copy of any movie, well unless it's a Disney tape, they purposely get out of track when copied.
I have tried to copy a Disney film from Blockbuster Video before, soon as a 2nd VCR is hooked up, the tape looses sync.

I used to have the VHS of “Nutty Professor 2” and it was a real copy, not a bootleg, and there was none at the end of the movie, just the MPAA screen, WSOD and the moaning until the tape ran out. No static, just a black screen for about 2 minutes until the WSOD appears and back to the black screen for 30 minutes until the moaning was heard and then the tape ran out where it automatically goes to rewind.
Old comment, but I think you're getting mixed up with The Nutty Professor (1996).
Nutty Professor 2 is a 2000 VHS and no WSOD/MS copies exists

Almost the exact same thing happened with a bunch of blank VHS tapes I bought from the 99 cent only store in 2014. The first 5 minutes of the tape was all white snow, then the rest of the tape Star Wars The Phantom Menace with a terribly distorted picture and sound!!
My hunch was that all those tapes were old unsold bootlegs of sw ep1 that were wiped with cheap degaussing machine, which then got repurposed into blank VHS tapes and sold to the 99c store

It Definitely Is! Whoever Bootlegged This Must Have Been Recording Two Tapes At Once, And Somehow Part Of The 2nd Tape Accidently Made It Onto This Tape.

Can there truly be normalcy on a bootleg tape? I have a bootleg VHS of Gridlock'd, and it's sourced off of a laserdisc, sidebreak and all. After the movie, there's a few minutes of blue, the final few minutes of At Close Range, about 10 seconds of another movie, and that's it. One of many strange releases in my bootleg collection.

The bootlegers must have used a blank VHS tape to record this bootleg, but forgot to remove the leftover fotage from what was there before the recording of the movie that's supposed to be on there.

I guess because both Thomas and Nutty Professor 2 came to theaters the same weekend.
The pirates would sometimes re-record over a used tape , in this example its Thomas . Here in the Uk we call it a pirate copy.

Plus it just fast forwarded to the entire thing! And when I first watch this video I never even saw Thomas and the magic railroad and now I did and I loved it. Practically I've already saw Thomas and the magic railroad before we even watching it because his movie has the entire thing on it but fast forward

Can you record the whole Tape of the Thomas part in HD quality? I just noticed the movie was recorded inside of a movie theatre in 2000.

It would not be from France because it would have been in PAL format and unplayable. Quebec would be the more likely choice.

It's really not hard to record over VHS tapes like that all you have to do is tape over the small hole on the left or right side on the bottom of the tape

That isn't New Line. That's a bootleg video. I have tapes of Bubble Boy, Face/Off, Titanic, The Blair Witch Project, and several others with that exact same label. Look closely, there's the New Line logo, a blank space, then "Home Video". It's literally a blank label template this dude uses. There's another one with the MCA/Universal label, and it looks very similar.
