Thank you for playing my map Ross! Congrats on beating the map on expert! There is an easy difficulty version of the map for anybody who'd like to play it themselves. ☺ There will be a third and final map in the cheese trilogy, but I'll take a break from map making over the holidays. This map has taken me 2 1/2 weeks to make on its own and I need to refresh my creative juices first.
Great job creating these maps, Fitzmerlin. I used to make my own maps when I was a kid, but seeing this now at age 40 makes me want to create some again.
@@Fingolfin3423 oh yeah I also made Heroes maps when I was a kid. Heroes 4 and 5 mostly, though Heroes 2 was my first game of the series and is still my favorite (dunno if I was aware that it had an editor too back then). For me making maps is like a game on its own, like creating a park in Rollercoaster Tycoon. Just wished I was a little bit better in Heroes2 so I could play test the maps properly. Either way I'm glad you like them!
Loved the map Loving cheese lore Loving cheese trilogy So far Great work! You made Ross use centaurs 😅xD that was a Good touch considering his creatures tier list haha Cheers from Poland!
2:18:10 first time in my life I’ve ever seen that monster type recruitable by diplomacy ✊🏾❤️👾 I kind of presumed it wasn’t possible. Neat how a 35 year old game still has some novel nuggets to impress.
If you hold left Ctrl and you left click on a unit stack, it will take 1 and put it in a new stack if you have room. That is way faster than manually selecting 1 unit
You can CTRL click the gargoyles to split 1 from the stack into another slot. Or was it shift click? So repeatedly clicking it fills the empty slots with 1 unit from whichever stack u choose.
