No, the cooler is working fine after one year no issues faced yet.

Hi how do you open the water filling outlet. I've been struggling to open the water filling area
There is a opening to the lid just pull it little hard it should open.

I purchased same Model today.
The Pop-up Panel should come out Automatically but It doesn't come.
Plus It doesn't stay at "Up" position.
I need to do it Manually.

The panel doesn't come up automatically it is to be done manually and it should stay up after doing so.

Yes 1 year warranty if not working company will repair it or replace it if it's not physically damage

The cooler is good enough for normal size bedroom and fan speed is decent.

The top display panel goes down after some time. Is this defect in my model or this is normal.

3 side air vent diya hai jo lgbhg 1.5 ft ka hoga usme se half p khali wo 5 layer wala lga hai baki aise hi dhoka hai.
Maine 1 mahine use kiya hai mn to krta hai patak k tod du mgr 9000 lge hai to bs rkh liya hai.

How to use remote bro
Actually I haven't used the remote yet, till now I am using the touch panel.
These coolers doesn't cool much , its mostly just for show . i have 2 tower cooler models of this brand . your traditional cooler can cool much efficiently than these tower coolers . i feel like wasted my money for these
