That Loreal Makeup Base is AMAZING. I work for Walgreens and I manage the cosmetics department at Walgreens and at our recent meeting this was one of the products we went over. ABSOLUTELY amazing product. Can't keep it stocked at my store. Definitely recommend this to anyone.
The L'Oreal primer base that you love so much is meant to go on AFTER you moisturize but BEFORE foundation. It is supposed to give the skin a smooth surface for the makeup to adhere to and make it last longer.
the stopper is maybe stuck inside of the cap? if it is, just twist the cap back on really tightly and open it back up a few times until it pops back in the tube. its that or they completely forgot the stopper. if you dont want ot deal with a stopper that is stuck or the stopper isnt there, go exchange it at sephora. i have the kit and there is supposed to be stopper for the brow gel.

If anything, it helps control the oil so when I take pictures, I don't have those oily blotches on my complexion. So, I LOVE the loreal primer. It's amazing!
Thank you sooooo much for telling us about the China Glazw Matte Magic polish. I ran out to ulta as soon as I watched this & got it and IT IS GREAT... It pretty much doubles my nail polish collection just by getting this one color cause it give my current polishes a different look. : )
i cant stress this enough...I've been using the eden allure morrocon oil on my nails and they have not broken since august 09. tey are thick and long now. i dont have to use fake nails anymore. you will see a difference in two months but you have to use it three times a week, simply rub the oil into the nail and cuticle area. trust me it works!

I bought my Anastasia kit at Sephora and it was $80, but it also has the Matte hiliter that u were talking about in it. Plus ur brow gel is definitely defective. I just bought Couture by juicy and although i wasnt sure what i thought at first, everyone loves it and it's really grown on me to be my everyday scent...so ur siter should love it!
I have tried the maybelline gel eyeliner, but i have in in blackest black, i like it, i find it very difficult to get off though, which is nice in some ways so it'll last me all day. The eggplant or plum? i forget what you said it was called, is really pretty. My eyes are just about the same color as yours, but my skin is a bit lighter, so i'm curious to see if i like it. I love wearing purples.
Marc Jacobs' Daisy = best perfume fragrance ever. And yes, please please please demonstrate the brow kit. I just bought one from Sephora and I kind of hate it. I'm looking for a better one...or at least find out if I'm just using it wrong.
The anastasia brow kit is AMAZING. The powder has lasted for the past year and a half-ish? (and I use it everyday) The only thing that I've replaced is the brow gel because it's the only one I've found that works all day. I'd say return that kit and get a new one so you can get a new brow gel.

I think your stopper for the gel is actually stuck in your cap...I have had this happen, so I screwed the cap down tight as I could get it, then unscrewed and my stopper was in place...worth a try!
i wore acrylic nails for 5 years and had them off my nails were like paper thin, i used the prostrong system now they are super long and really tough just thought you would like to use it xx
the stopper for your brow gel is probably stuck to the inside of the top of the wand. close it as tight as you can and see if that sticks the stopper back in it's place.
i got the nyx eyeshadow base last week in the skin tone finish. it is the best!. the advertisement does not lie. my shadow stays on all day, even through gym at school.!

yeah, in 2 weeks. your nails would naturally grow & b a long length in 2 weeks with good care & protection (that's all those things really do; make them harder so youre less likely to pick them) but the "growth treatment" itself, would not MAKE them grow. :) look it up. nails & hair r dead when they come out. the conditioners & renewal conditioners r to protect before damage can b caused & mask/hide damage that has already been done. ive done research on it for bio. its good info to know :)
Sally Beauty Supply carries a similar brow kit.....but its only $9.99. They come with the brow filling powder, the brush, and multiple plastic eye brow stencils(look exactly like the anastasia ones).

the stopper is stuck at the very top it was unsecure. what you do is screw the cap EXTREMELY tight and open it again. and if it still stuck there keep screwing the cap tight til it goes down... i've had issues like that with mascaras

i had a sample of that primer from my vogue... or harpers bazzar... i don't remember, but i can't find it. i really want to try it. u can't make nails grow by adding something to the top of them. nails are dead; they grow from the inside out. it all depends on what you're putting in ur body & your general health whether or not oyur nails will grow fater. i want to try that liner too! i love that it's in the drug store. i REALLY want to try the mario badescu line too! @RicanStarz Some stores carry NYX, but it can be hard to find so getting online is a good idea, Beware though, they charge a crap load for shipping!

BROW GEL- grab tweezers and poke the stopper out from the cap. It's most likely stuck up there. It happens often to me with some mascaras
