I love to listen to you! Very interesting, the subject of serial killers. I have always wondered what the heck went wrong inside their head...😢

I think a lot of people don't receive proper nurturing as a child. As a female child, this manifested in me a deep insecurity and consistently choosing men who were aloof. I think it helped though that as I grew up my mother became closer to me and very caring. She was going through her own "problems" when I was a kid. I don't know how that would affect a male child? I also think it's a far leap from feelings of insecurity to violently raping and killing women. That said, is it possible his biological father had mental issues? Too bad there was no information on him and like you stated, we don't know what his relationship was like with his stepfather. The areas where he did his crimes were really close to where my husband grew up.

Busted in Allentown. Gonna have to search this out. Neighboring town and spent loads of time there. all the towns are basically connected. Why we say I'm from the Lehigh Valley rather then Bethlehem, Allentown, Easton

I don’t know but my ex has some big signs that he could be a serial killer. His parents both are still married. He hates his mother but defends her hateful and mean comments.
I believe he almost killed me on purpose but he says he made a dumb mistake. Thank goodness I left him. He told me that when he first met me in 1994 and I gave him a hug. It was the first hug he had since he was a very young kid. His parents did not give him any sort of affection. No speaking about feelings or thoughts that were deeper than school or work.
I swear he has a secret side to him that includes criminal activity. Oh and the way he almost killed me was a federal crime. Setting bug foggers off in the home as he knew I was inside sleeping. He plays dumb and I am the bad guy for leaving. He raged at
Me for being mad with him. Traumatized me and our child. But he let me know quickly that he forgave himself and I should forgive him too. Lol. Right. Just noticed the mom connection.

@@hippopotamusanonymous1580 you are right. I was not thinking clearly at all. When the doctor asked me if I wanted to have her call police that day to file a report I should have said yes. But I was too scared and I wasn’t thinking what he did was a crime until after we left the hospital.
