22:46 CORRECTION!!! The blade you show and call a #4 horsehair blade, is actually a 3 3/4 SKIP TOOTH blade (13mm) as stamped on the blade. A true #4 SKIP TOOTH blade is only 9.5mm. Also note: I would recommend using the 3 3/4 FC blade (Final Cut) in this area instead of the skip tooth version because it provides a much smoother blend. Vets use this to add a smoother looking coat on horses and dogs, especially those about to enter a race or show.
