You might need to download it somewhere else, the extraction process does not make it an iso, it just open the archive. So if they made the archive using a ciso, you’ll get a ciso.

Didn't work for me man. Followed everything down to it and once the download was finished I did the extraction and then said file was corrupt.
Redownload the game file.
