Mobile has its own unique ip adress so multiple ac in 1 device could be banned..but 2 device with same internet connection cant be ban..ip can coverage whole city so,,,no problem for referal..

You can simply change your ip by turning on/off airplane mode and wait up to 5mins before opening the telegram

Just wait and see what happens, isn't having multiple accounts on one device the same as having multiple accounts on different devices. If they want to prevent multiple accounts they should implement KYC

Having multiple accounts on different devices is better because they don't have the same IP address..
Having multiple accounts on a device isn't okay because it uses the same IP address which can be suspended when noticed

Honestly, I am looking at multiple accounts from the angle of a phone with 2 sim cards on 2 different networks, that is 2 IP addresses. Another is a family with an internet modem in the house, all of them connect to this single network that is a single IP with different devices with different SIM cards. Let's talk .. But when they are talking about multiple accounts we should be looking at people that take this mining as a business.
What we should be concerned with is our Mac address and not Ip address. Our mac address is our device ID but using Mac randomisation on a Wi-fi will hide your mac address it would be difficult for them to find people using multiple genuine accounts on a device, unless they use cookie or analytics data

Thanks for enlightening us about this issue. I for one once had 2 Telegram on my phone . One was operated with an app called Dual space . Both had different numbers to the accounts . The one on the dual space app was for me to get an extra referral to enable me unlock a card and had a different wallet connected to it . Meaning these hamster's had different wallet connected to them . After watching a video regarding the dangers in having multiple account, I decided to to clear the cache on the telegram and also that of my phone , signed out of the account , then deleted it from the app . Then I did same to the app and uninstalled it from my device as well. Please will that be used against me ?

Ip address is not the issue here the real issue is your Mac address, that's your device ID but with that it's impossible for hamster to know our mac address unless we connect directly to hamster's server. Your Internet protocol address could be dynamic especially when using Wi-fi or when you switch on or off your data your ip address changes
Other data such as cookies and analytics data can help them fish you out. Their main issue is bot accounts, accounts that are not human
Apps and websites can only see your public IP address. For instance, if you have siblings who play Hamster Kombat in the same house and use the same internet service provider (ISP), you all share the same public IP address. Now, based on your assumption, they could get banned even if they’re playing on separate devices.

You mention that the same ip address is the trigger but apparently I am in a household with multiple people with their own phones all sharing the same wifi so the same ip address. The red flag will not be the ip address but the same device and user patterns.
