Great video Sonja. I'm scanning through the internet to see if I can find somewhere to read about this study. Have you published something about this particular study and where?

All the videos in this section ignore that in order to benefit from gratitude you have to have something to be grateful for in the first place. In other words, they're showing correlation and assuming causation. Gratitude does not necessarily lead to happiness. If you have something to be grateful for, you have something to be happy about. It's a common cause. This is a logical fallacy at work.

Yeah, there are all sorts of people who live in abject poverty or that have severe physical and mental disorders who are able find gratitude. If they can do it anyone can. And I’m pretty sure Sonja knows how correlations work. The entire field of psychology is based on them. People don’t behave in Lawful ways and you shouldn’t expect them to.

Be grateful for everything. For health, for life, for water, for sun, for your ability to be on the internet and even access this video! I could go on forever. No matter what there is always something you have that others don't have the privilege to have and for that, you should be grateful.
