Please answer my question, my dad is an Eu National & my sponsor so as immediate family member(as his son) would I be granted settled status automatically after completing 5 yrs if I meet the criteria as you’ve explained in the video? Because I got all the things you’ve mentioned. Or Would I also need to prove that me & my dad lived together for 5 years ?
