Leaders mourn Migori senator Ben Oluoch Okello

Migori Senator Ben Olouch is dead. The senator succumbed to throat cancer in Nairobi's MP Shah Hospital shortly after midnight early Tuesday. Olouch was recuperating at the MP Shah after a month long stay in India where he was undergoing treatment. While at the Senate he served in various committees, before moving to politics. The first time senator was a former radio presenter on Ramogi FM and KBC English Service. Family and friends are meeting at Nairobi's Lee Funeral Home as preparations for the burial begins.
