Paris Hilton : Thanks! Follow the money :Who are the biggest financial players in Foster Care ? Who are the Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Bankers financing and profiting from the Industry? Who are their lobby's in Congress? At the Governor level ? At the Washington DC agencies? the FAT CATS in DC ? In my opinion you got to put together all the Data to change the system , and then offer your solutions . In my opinion the Youth must have Farm , Mountain and Beach sites where to learn how to install Agrivoltaics, fix electric Bicycles and Cars and install AI Data Centers, as well as learn to cook their own vegetables meals and plant trees, etc. You can start it all .

So I have a lot of history eith this subject. The last child care facility, children's home in pennsylvania was in my hometown and it was not what she paints them as. It was a good facility where children had a safe haven after being neglected, abused and beaten by families in addiction, broken by divorce and much worse. The siblings were kept together. They were given tutors, taught life skills, went on adventures, and were given instruction in their faiths if they requested it. As an adult I have seen foster care at work. Some people do it fir love. Many for money and some to find victims. These children are left alone with pedophiles, abusers and more. Children pass through 8 or 10 or more families who are not properly vetted. I work today in drug and alcohol and I have met the product of foster care. Confused, disconnected and broken adults who never bonded, felt settled or safe or had peace. Paris Hilton is grandstanding. Sit in my seat while a young man tells you how 4 of his five foster fathers raped him. Listen to the young woman with rltears in her eyes talks about sleeping with her foster parents for food, being put in respite care when their "parents" went on vacation with their real kids and were never allowed to see their siblings. This is not the answer.
