Today I’am making spicy fried chicken wings which is very easy to prepare.
Now a day I saw so many road side stalls in Darjeeling or fast food restaurants they have this types of chicken wings in there menus.And for all ages they are so addicted with crispy or spicy chicken wings so here is my simple recipe you can enjoy with your families and friends.
Ingredients for this Recipe:-
6 pieces of whole chicken wings
1Tbs chilli powder (chilli flakes)
11/2 Tbs jeera powder
1/2 Tsp black pepper powder
1Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs corn starch
2Tbs gram flour (besan)
1Tbs oil
Salt according to your taste
Oil for deep frying
