- I'm so excited for you guys to see how everything came together for the dining room makeover. There's been a lot of work, countless hours, and a whole lot of love put into this makeover - and I'm a little obsessed with how it turned out. Jessica, I knew that this project would be amazing, but it exceeded my expectations! It is absolutely beautiful. It's warm, cozy and it looks darn expensive. LOL!
I was blown away with the story about the light fixture. The Lord will give you the desires of your heart.
When I'm shopping for high end pieces I ask the universe to show me where to go, provide the item that I love and that I can easily afford. I am never disappointed. All I can say is; the universe was extremely kind to you. All of your projects turn out to be a space that you never want to leave. Fantastic job!
Can you believe it?! I was at a lost for words and the only thing that would come out was “shut up” lol!!!! I love it so much and plan to have it for a very long time. I think it’s perfect in this space. When I go out shopping I always say - “what is meant for me, will find me”…..and it hasn’t failed me yet! 😆

I absolutely love everything about your new dining space. It's adorable. I love the wicker basket as I have several in my home. I hope the vendor is linked below. Planning a trip really soon to High Point and Raleigh to visit my college bestie. She doesn't know it yet, but we're thrifting in some of your favorite places. You never cease to amaze me!!! The room turned out beautifully, and all by your own hands! The chandelier story is amazing...though, maybe turn the seams of the shades to the back of each light? Your new painting is gorgeous and perfect with your color scheme and room style. The couch is perfect too. What a nice setting for a dinner party! I love the glass cabinet and your cake plates/stands are wonderful. My cat knocked my favorite one off the top of our china cabinet (don't know how) so I have to find a replacement. This is a gorgeous room and I hope you have many memorable dinner parties there! I would love to see it set with your dinnerware too. Again, thank you for your generous sharing!!!
Oh man - I wish I would have seen the seams on the light. I was rushing trying to get everything loaded and photographed before I lost the natural sunlight. 😅😂 I just went in and changed them so thank youuuuu! Ooooooo I love that idea!!! That side of the house doesn’t get much natural life, but I believe the pothos are a sturdy plant so just maybe it would work! 😆

Hi Jessica! The first thing I thought of when I saw the reveal was a nightclub/supper club vibe! Somewhere that one would expect to be for a special occasion…languish over a 5-6 course meal…no rushing…just take in the “mood” and kick off your shoes…the round table embraces you. As they say in the U.K. Lovely! I see room for additional colors as well as the ability to switch between colors. I can see this space as a blank canvas for any holiday! That will be something to look forward to! That basket atop the armoire has my name on it! 😮 absolutely adore it! Well done Jessica…

I wasn't done those accent pillows are everything a very unique touch I love your style we have to talk pottery soon I've always wanted to take a pottery class I always look for unique pottery it really speaks to my soul I love all of yours you were drinking coffee one morning from a certain mug I was like oh my goodness I love that ❤️ yes I'm sure you are just sitting in that new space smiling enjoy it in the fullest you worked so hard to build your well lived life and curated home enjoy it !
This pillows are my absolute favorite! I’ve had them for so long and can’t believe how perfect that fit within this space. In regards to pottery - I love it so much. I was supposed to have another sale this week, but my collection got ruined in the kiln. I do have several mugs that I will eventually put up for sale - so stayed tuned for that announcement! 😆

@@judykastner6425 Unfortunately, her 'helper' (me) hasn't got around to installing a light dimmer. Turns out that this light fixture, with seven (7) light bulbs, gets kinda bright even as we are using fairly low-power LED bulbs. It's nice to have that much light when you need it, but it's not the right mood until someone puts in a dimmer switch.

@@jessicapayne watching the table refurbish video. I’ve redone several tables and never thought of rinsing the table off with a water hose. I’m thinking too much water can cause it to warp. Normally I use a plastic scraper to remove the stain and wipe with tsp after, then sand. But no matter what, the table turned out amazing.
