Asian cuisine has a lot of proteins that they make look and taste like meat aside from tofu. You should check out the frozen section of your Viet market next time you will be surprised! I agree Asian vegetarian food is the best!

This place had high STARS plus 1000+ written reviews. So I chose this one
mostly just vegans going there and giving it high rating, majority of food goers could care less when going to some non-vegan food store and rate them, they just want food.
