The "fries cheese" is halloumi, it's best done on a barbecue, people refer to it as squeaky cheese because it squeaks when you eat it. Also Greek eat Halloumi with jam (jelly) x

You said you enjoyed the chicken wrap but due to how easy it is to make, you wouldn't buy it again. I think that would be an interesting video to make. I had Nando’s in Hounslow UK during my travels for the first time. It was close to the hotel was our go to spot. Loved their olives too
It's a Halloumi salad and Halloumi sandwich, Halloumi is a type of chewy cheese that is generally fried and served

The ingredient in the salad and the sandwich was Halloumi. It's a Greek cheese with a really high melting point, so it's often fried or grilled.

FYI, the egg tarts in HK dim sum bakeries and teahouse are different from Portuguese egg tarts. Chinese egg tarts are simple custard with egg, sugar and milk. Portuguese egg tarts are richer b/c they use butter, eggs and heavy cream, similar to a crème brulee. You may find Portuguese egg tarts in Chinese dim sum restaurants and bakeries also b/c Macau (a Chinese territory) was a former colony of Portugal for over 400 yrs. The one you had looks legit and fresh.
