Today I made myself some fresh burgers. I had 2 double fresh burgers, one of them dressed normally with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and our fresh sauce... I also added onion and pickles. The second double is dressed only with cheese, caramelized onions, fresh sauce and sautéed jalapeños. I've got a poutine a famous canadian fries dish and cali fries. Our cali fries are topped with cheese, fresh sauce and caramelized onions. If you are new to the channel fresh burger is my family's business (a burger and fries restaurant) located in Toronto, Canada.

Dude, Being from the US, I would love if we had poutine at fast food restaurants. And that food looks way better than In and Out

Varten, in NJ we have a diner classic called “disco fries.” The dish consists of French fries covered in brown gravy and cheese, usually mozzarella, but the cheese can vary. It’s the NJ version of Canada’s poutine.
Lol . Oh my when I was younger me my brothers and family used to go to the Tom's River Dinner ( NJ ) at 2 am sometimes for Disco Fry's. Yummy.!

Nj native. Disco fries are bomb. Esp in asbury at toast. Fries, gravy, cheese curds and 2 fried eggs easy.

in Australia we have our own version of poutine except we just put normal grated cheese on top of our gravy and chips. we can get them at some our local fish & chip places. my local fish&chip places sells chips cheese and gravy in a five and ten dollar boxes
I love the way to Cali fries look especially with the jalapenos on top and the sauce but everything looks phenomenal.
As an American, nothing can beat a good old fashioned plate of homemade chili cheese fries.
No poutine, but delicious all the same.
Now a days they put nacho cheese on them instead of shredded cheddar and it plain out 🤢

You are correct about America having it's own version of poutine, it's called disco fries with shredded mozzarella instead of the cheese curds. But some places closer to the Canadian border do have the true poutine fries. I grew up in the Adirondack mountains so we were 45 minutes south of Canada and yes I would get poutine or disco fries at the diner or whenever with a side of popcorn chicken especially if it was a drunken night out at 3am lol
