What you might've done is replicated the indescribable dialect of england outside of london. Like, I know they're english, but the accent is so strong that I can't understand a word they're saying.
Probably doesn't help that some English accents are non-rhotic, i.e. we don't pronounce Rs as often, so the word itself becomes less clear. Even within my own family, both my sister and I have non-rhotic accents, whereas our parents have rhotic accents. Basically it's like any other accent in the world, it just takes getting used to.

What you might've done is replicated the indescribable dialect of england outside of london. Like, I know they're english, but the accent is so strong that I can't understand a word they're saying.
English people have many different accents.
It's like that guy from Hot Fuzz. Sounds just like him in fact.
Probably doesn't help that some English accents are non-rhotic, i.e. we don't pronounce Rs as often, so the word itself becomes less clear.
Even within my own family, both my sister and I have non-rhotic accents, whereas our parents have rhotic accents.
Basically it's like any other accent in the world, it just takes getting used to.
