Just got the 185 and man is it a game changer compared to my old chinese 200 amp,so much so that im on a whole new learning curve.and the fact you are aussie owned was the biggest sell factor for me..thanx unimig
How the actual fuck do you take off these stuck gas nozzles? I just spent an hour trying to get my stupid one off and the spring was all screwed up. Nothing in the instruction book says how to do it nor does it say what T2 and T4 is
I had the same problem.. I had to cut it off with the grinder.. split it open.. because that little spring inside the nozzle holder came out and jammed the nozzle on.. not good
Good one mate. But why not address the elephant in the room? There is a third dial, the amps dial. Not a single mention of it. It is another thing to get wrong or play with but not even a whisper concerning it. EVERYONE talks about wire speed and voltage. My Razor175 has an amp dial so .... give us the low down on why its there and how to use it. Thanks

That was awesome mate you kept it simple for us that are Learning how to weld. Thanks 🙏
Thanks and that's why I'm buying a UNIMIG this week.
Your videos are excellent .....I’ve learned a lot......especially the direction of feed.....didn’t realise the importance of that....thanks
All good mate! Yes, it is very important, need to perfect it to get a great weld!
Great video, thanks.
What is the wire speed ratio? Cycle/ min
Excellent! Thank you
HI whats a good setting on the 165 viper to weild 44Gal Drums ?
I cant tell the difference on the sound of it not working right or not. It sounds the same as when you did the other welds
Overhead settings? 6mm Razorweld 500 Mig
is there a gasless aluminium wire? or is gas needed for a quality weld? cheers
Just go with gas. It’s superior to gasless in every way
WOW! FANTASIC :D

Amps dial is only for TIG and MMA mode you use wirespeed and voltage for MIG.
Thank you for responding. Does that mean when using MIG the position of the Amps dial is inconsequential? ie inactive
Oh yes, you must have the MIG welding gloves I have never heard so much garbage in my life!!!
