Totalement Toqués - Season 2: Fajitas, La Grange-style at Billy Bob's Country Western Saloon

Yeehaaa! Totalement Toqués is back with the fourth recipe of season 2 with Chef de Partie Élodie Lambert, who shows you step by step how to prepare one of La Grange's most iconic recipes: fajitas!
La Grange-style fajitas at Billy Bob's Country Western Saloon
Ingredients
• 800 g of chicken breast
• 8 tortillas
• 3 bell peppers
• 2 onions
• 1 lime
• 3 tomatoes
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 teaspoon of cumin
• 1 tablespoon of chilli powder
• Salt
• Pepper
• 5 cl of olive oil
For the side dishes:
• Guacamole
• Salsa sauce
• Crème Fraîche
• Salad
Procedure:
• Finely chop the chicken breasts and place in a bowl. Squeeze the lime and pour over the chicken. Add olive oil, crushed garlic, salt, black pepper and spices and leave to stand in a cool place for 24 hours, covering the bowl.
• Chop the bell peppers and onions and sear in a frying pan, then set aside in a bowl.
• Dice the tomatoes. Brown the pieces of chicken (or any kind of meat or even tofu, as you like!) in the pan and add the diced tomatoes. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes.
• Add the cooked bell peppers and onions.
• Separately, grill the wheat patties for 15 seconds on each side
