I used to glide out of my physical body between 2002-2007 and sit and walk around my physical body.. I enjoyed this state and it happened whenever I lay quietly on the divan in my living room.. Then, one morning in May, 2007 at around 11a.m when I moved out of my body and was following my maid servant around while she was dusting and cleaning my house I suddenly saw my beloved father's soul striding up to me in white pyjamas and vest.. I was overjoyed when I heard his familiar voice nine years after his death.. He was livid and was screaming at me.. I was so happy that I told him to sit down and chat with me but my beloved father's soul screamed at me and told me that he didn't visit me to chat with me.. He kept on rocking my divan and told me to wake up.. I felt so shocked that I woke up immediately and felt totally depressed throughout the day.. I never moved out of my physical body again..
