@@VerticDesigns A lot helpfull trakcking stuff changed in Vegas Pro 16. Rendering is a lot better as well there are few options to make your video look better ;) and nothing changed in render time. Just simply nice better video quality ;)

Why do i only have titles and text theres no legacy text
It should come by default but if it's not there then you can either search and download it or just reinstall but thats a bit wierd its not there 🤔

Yh unfortunately VP14 doesn't have auto tracking so it's all manual unless you get a plugin
Is it possible to attach text and follow the moving object Automatically?
You can but you'll need vegas 16 or newer. I've got a video on my channel that's using the new effect for auto tracking
