The rapping is incredible. The vocals are soft. The dancing is powerful. The M/V is dope.
The cars/racing represent competition, the drive to come out on top. You did good equating the construction and lab scenes to development and experimentation.

I enjoyed your reaction. Stay Skzizcute explained it this way to me: God's Menu mv represents three main things. Creation (Kitchen &
cooking reference), Experimentation (labs), & Competition (race track). Compared to their past music, their latest songs exude more confidence in their identity as artists. In one of their interviews, they said that God's Menu, among all their songs, is the closest song to what they are and what they want to be as a group. Thus, 1- creation, since they produced their own music. 2- Experimentation, as they do not just copy anyone and always want to bring out something new to the table. Lastly, 3- Competition in the music industry, to them, even if they are in a harsh & fast paced industry, they want to stick to their own pace. Thus, the contrast between race track as a place where everything is loud and fast to the melody which is slow & chill. Finally, everything is tied back to cooking.
Stray Kids, aside from being a self-produced group, is known for their wit, wordplays, and metaphors in their lyrics. So that explains how they use cooking, menu, and dish as a metaphor to how they create music, their identity, and what they envisioned to be as a group.

this mv was directed by the same director as s-class! bang jaeyeob is incredible!
about the cars: it symbolizes a race to the top perhaps. you see in the mv that the car has straykids on the plate and they surpass the other cars. Gods menu really talks about being unique, creating your own sound and being diverse. they have so many genres in their discography that youre bound to find a song you like :)

God's Menu is saying that their music and style is their own, that they all are the "Tang" the spice that they put their "own" style into All of their songs. That there's No secret. "They" themselves are the Spice/the Ingredients to All of their music.
And them going out the Back Door is a heads up to their next New mv that is coming out next after God's Menu. So look out for that mv.
From a video editor perspective you'd probably enjoyThunderous, Case 143, Freeze and Venom (they also have behind the scenes - making the videos for most of their mv's as well).
For the cars I don’t actually look at the race cars themselves, I look at the pit crew. A crew that has to work independently yet in sync to make the car run smoothly.
Its about them making their kind of music and being one of a kind. They can’t be copied even though they don’t have any magic ingredients. You will have noticed the racing car was in the fast lane overtaking the other cars. I believe it represents them.

About the car: there's a whole big backstory and lore going on through Stray Kids' MVs and trailers, and some of it has to do with parallel universe and clones of them, so you have the "real world" Stray Kids that sometimes appear with blue lighting, and the "parallel world" Stray Kids (clones) that are in red.
I've read recently that this blue and red car is them, SKZ and their clones racing and leaving competition and haters far behibd as they go thzir own pace and fllow their own original tracks.
Also, they've develloped a very unique "flavour" in their musoc, by mixing lots of differebt genres, and this video is about that, their "mala taste" has become their musical identity.
One of their sub-units called "3RACHA" (Composed of 3 members : Bang Chan, Changbin and Han Jisung) produces songs for the group.

Stray Kids has 3 sub-units :
1. 3RACHA (Composed of 3 members : Bang Chan, Han Jisung and Changbin)
2. DANCERACHA/DANCE RACHA (Composed of 3 members : Hyunjin, Lee Know and Felix)
3. VOCALRACHA/VOCAL RACHA (Composed of 2 members : Seungmin and I.N)
the members are the pit crew so i think the race scenes are about teamwork while the SKZ car races toward the finish.
The cars representing competition but also team works
Bc they not only show us how they compete on track, but also how the staff in the car pit works together

If you want cool Stay Kids Edits I recommend Thunderous, Maniac, Case 143 and Venom music videos. The transitions in Thunderous were top class, but the edits in Case 143 might be the most unexpected.

My thoughts - cars go around a track. And their songs are tracks on their albums. God's Menu refers to their music being a menu.

My take on the car scenes is that if we look closely, the SKZ car is a newer model (new generation, new sound) passing other cars. It's time for something new.

I'm a little late to the party here but just wanted to add to your point about the awkward DU DU DU near the end. It might have been a rushed edit, or intentionally placed, but they were giving a little shout out to a junior group, NiziU, in the same JYP company that were debuting around that time. One of them is a massive fan of Stray Kids so I think it's really sweet of them to let them cameo in this MV and also in Back Door. So if you were wondering "why are there school girls here?", that's why 😉
