    her hair came out pretty as hell. I've never watched a better quick weave tutorial either she did a great job of showing how he did it step by step. lots of comments about the gel, but she kept saying that's just how SHE likes to do it. that don't mean you gotta do it like that

    I guess some of y'all are new to this shit,t his is the old school method if a lot of y'all did this then y'all's hair would be more healthy with no spots or thinning,this keeps her hair protected from glue,everybody don't want a wig on their head,we grew up doing this shit and it works!some of y'all been watching to many RUclips vids,this is way before RUclips

      iktr... if I have to get a quick weave I prefer this method over any other.. its quick no hair damage and once the gel dries you can't even tell its on there and NO ITCHING.. These comments make me laugh... but your comment was the only one on point... Take care..

    I love Quick Weaves!! Most of you people say it breaks off your hair but for me it actually grew my hair!! I leave it up for about 2 weeks, wash it off, leave my natural hair out for a few days and on to another style, like braids or crochets.... Love It, Love It, Love It!!

    People must don't know that quick weave is all about the molding by using gel. It doesn't hurt your hair and it itches just like a sew in. Ive been getting quick weaves for 2 years now and my hair has grown more than anything.

    Great job. The first time I ever had a “glue in” this was precisely how it was done. I kept it in for two and a half months (I know too long) but still....once I removed it under the shower not only did I not have any hair loss but my hair had actually grown. A lot... and felt very healthy. I couldn’t see HOW she did it but I definitely recall the steps. Thank you so much for demonstrating and explaining. everything. Can’t wait to try this tomorrow. One question? I don’t own a “hood dryer” just a “hand held blow dryer”. Would that work or can I just allow it to “air dry”? Again ....great job.

      She never said they did. She said she has course, dry hair and black hair care tips help her the most. But to answer your question, I'd opt for a sew in unless you want something that won't last that long. I could never keep a quick weave to stay on longer than 2 weeks.

    • @trayceguitard9105
      @trayceguitard9105 9 лет назад +12

      Thanks so much Nyesa...and Miss Diamond I didn't mean to imply that Afro hair is course and dry I know that is a stereotype the same as all white hair is soft silky and smooth...I just mean that African American hair products and techniques seem to all be geared towards frizz and moisture which is exactly what I battle daily I am a very curly frizzy haired child to 2 people with bone straight soft silky fine hair and because in the summer I am as dark as Halle Barry people often ask me if I am mixed so I started looking into the hair care and it has always been a success with my hair sorry you thought I was being stereotypical.

      it's actually simple and easy to take the glue off of material like that. I have some clients tell me they do not want they're here so it down due to them not keeping it in so long. it really all depends on the person.

      Foxy MaryJane No a real wig, especially a good, one is actually costlier to purchase and more if installation is necessary. But this method is more comparable to a weave not a wig. And is meant for a very short term style anyways.

    It kills me when men tell women what they should be doing with their hair, they can wear their hair anyway they want and they don't have to damage it or hate their hair to do it. I do hair and every race of women sit in the salon to have done what they want. They will sit as long as it takes. You obviously don't know anything about women and beauty techniques hair or otherwise. White, Latina and Asian all wear hair and sit and have it done. Stop projecting what you want for women on them, they know what they want and how they want to look. It's their choice and men are weaving their hair too. It's called the man weave, look it up. Let's see you can find women saying just be bald.

    The style and cut is amazing but that is entirely wayyyyyyyyy wayyyyyyyyy too much gel!!! Damn! We all know that gel not only makes your hair break off it makes your hair itch like crazy! There was definitely a better method to use since there are so many molding products out there now like 30 Second Salon Pro Weave Wonder Wrap...I would have much rather seen her use that instead of all that damn gel. That poor lady lmao

    I don't know how I ended up here since I don't wear weaves or wigs nor will I ever wear one, but I just had to comment on this video. This woman is already suffering from alopecia, damaged edges and damaged hair in general and yet she chooses to have the thin hair she still has gelled down and glued like this, smh. Why, just why? Her hair is sooo unhealthy, uneven and damaged. She should be trying to nurture it back to health before it's too late, instead of having is gelled and glued like this. These piss poor haircare practices are why some black women are walking around bald headed. When will these people learn to stop abusing their hair? When?! Smdh.

      wrlcrl the same techniques that work for 1 person to grow their hair may not work for the next person. This may help to grow her hair as it does mine. My hair was severely damaged before I started wearing my hair in a protective style like this and happily I can say my hair has grown tremendously and is way healthier

    • @youngplugg1281
      @youngplugg1281 8 лет назад

      Youre making no sense girl! First of all I'm talking about hygiene because when you get a weave in you're not supposed to wash your hair because it gets stinky & it starts to mildew! So honey before speaking know what you're talking about 😊

    • @greazydemandemgeniee
      @greazydemandemgeniee 8 лет назад +2

      +youngplugg12 First off sweetie. if you're talking about hair hygiene. Then you should get your facts correct. You can wash your hair. She just installed pretty much a wig so it is removable for hair washing. Idk who you know that has a weave a don't wash it and it mildew on their head.😂😂😂

    • @youngplugg1281
      @youngplugg1281 8 лет назад +1

      You dont seem to understand do you? Here i will explain it to you step by step
      First of all youre not supposed to wash your weave because it does NOT dry so therefore it will start itching like crazy and it will start to stink sweetie 😊 also it will start to mildew because your hair from underneath is wet
      Also no one takes off a fast weave after like the next day lmao they keep it there for at least 3 months LMAO who would pay +150 to take it off the next day? 😂😂

    • @brama100

      No, that's not at all like a removable wig. She can't shampoo it and won't for the 2 weeks she'll have it on for (read comments above).
      That's gross and unhygienic.
