I liked it when raven got point defense drones back in the day. Reason: it’s point defense drones saved my fragile units from destruction like save my Vikings and battlecruisers from corruptors and stalkers.
Raven is actually one of the most powerful spellcasters, she hold an interdimentional demon in her forehead! Wait, what do you mean "different Raven spellcaster"?
Great video. Im a new to the game and I play terran because it is very easy to understand for me. I would like to know how to keep the raven alive. The raven is faster than most air units and when I tell a group to attack the go to the front and stay there without attacking just getting killed
Thanks! Firstly, welcome to the game. Hope you're enjoying it! The best advice I have for what you are dealing with is to use different control groups for your units. Assign your main army to a number (default keybind is control [number] i.e. ctrl 1 to make that group selectable with the #1 key), and then your Ravens to a separate number. Once assigned, you can give the different groups their orders separately. Practice telling your main army to do an attack-move, then switching to the Ravens to use their spells. Let me know if that helps!
@@IndigosGaming the way I understand my key binds is normally CC 4 ,Barracks 5 ,factory 6, starport 7, E Bay 8, armory 9. And then I keep marine marauder 1, and vikings 3, I will try adding ravens to 2 and not bind tanks
I see you are no stranger to control groups, that's good. One thing I would also like to mention is that you can use the Tab key to cycle through different units / structures within the same group. I like to consolidate my groups & keep my Barracks, Factories, and Starports all on 5, and tab through them. If you find separating everything easier, then go for it, but 9 distinct groups is a lot to work with in the heat of a battle.
@@IndigosGaming I will start doing this I only used the tab with units when I f2 my army and need to access units but I never thought I could do it with my production I will star putting troop production on 5 eBay and armory on 9 that will give me a lot of more open spaces for ghost and ravens. Thanks do much for pointing this out.
At the time of this video, you would be correct. However, patch 5.0.11 (which came out ~ 2 weeks ago) removed that benefit. As of right now, the Auto Turret is unaffected by Neosteel Armor!

Anti Missile Turret is my fav.
Great video! Super helpful!!
Thank you so much! I'm glad that it was helpful.
Thanks for the Guide
Massive auto turret drops inside enemy base is my 1st go to move and my 2nd move would be high ground auto turrets deployments for defense

imo Protoss is much easier for beginners, siege tanks and liberators are too much of a pain to babysit
you accidentally missed something i belive. the building armor upgrade gives the turret 2 extra armor, if im not misstaken
