As someone in the comments already mentioned, this is outdated and does not apply to the global live servers! Damage of Primal Lord has been decreased and you don't need to run 3 healers, 1 (Smokey) is perfectly fine. I did 4 million damage with only level 100 characters. A composition I ran is: Smokey, Thoran (can be replace with Kruger), Koko, Odie, Cecia.
The main damage dealing team in this will not be as effective in this run for a few reasons. The bosses damage has been dialed back and smokeys damage scales with his own attack which will be lower at lower levels. Instead you'll want to run option 2 in the video. Aim for 3 ranged dps hero 1 or 2 healers and/or 1 support hero. Ranged dps should be your strongest out of Vala, cecia, odie, merilee. Healers would be smokey>hewynn>rowan. Support in this case can be Kruger or koko.
The boss on our server has 434 billion HP, it'd take 2,893 players doing 10m damage each attempt in order to down the boss in 5 days. I feel this was recorded on the Beta servers and not the Official one.

I feel this was recorded on the Beta servers and not the Official one.
It was, correct. However, they have added a large amount of life compared to ptr tests, and it looks like it may have a decay effect to life as well.

@Jokerall93 so I'd probably not use thoran but use the other 4. Then add Koko, Kruger, or another dps like Vala, or merilee
