I have the V4 and before my back surgery I ran a 6h. If you run from 4.30 min-km to 5.30 it is its kingdom. Below it is not very reactive and heavy. I have the 45.5 and you can feel it on your foot. The V5 has been lightened, but it has not changed. But that is what NB wants....

Curious on your thoughts for walking, I know you are run testers but I think a 'best running shoes for walking' would be super popular and helpful to a lot of people :)

I think you’re an analysis is spot on. I have the propel v.4 and though I only have roughly 70 miles on it, I’m just using it as a comfortable cruiser so to speak. I don’t think the plate in this shoe is as beneficial as it is in other shoes, such as the endorphin speed or the Puma deviate nitro, as you mention. Very good shoe for the price though.

It's true, also in my size is a little be narrow. It's not quite 27,5 cm in my measure. For the rest is a good shoe

How does that midsole softness compare to what the Rebel v3’s version of FuelCell?

I have 2 pairs of the V4’s and I love those. I find it versatile and very enjoyable to run in. You’re not the first reviewer to say the V5 isn’t particularly versatile. I wasn’t planning on buying the V5’s anytime soon anyway, but I think I’m gonna skip it entirely. It seems to be worse than the V4 which is a shame

Sounds like nothing has change from the previous version.
