    I love you you demonstrated how to use the notched corned to help guid our sewing. Now to get the nerve up to make my first block. My cutting is complete.

      You can do it! It might be worth pulling some fabric from your stash to make a practice block to help you get the hang of it.

    I love that you do thread pinning, I have done that but used a baste stitch now I know I can do it a new way. What stitch length do you use?(pressed open seams/ shorter stitch)

      I use the same stitch length as I do for my sewing, usually 2.5

    the colors in nebula and gravity are different. which do i use

      The blocks are different in the two quilts as well. You can use whatever fabrics you'd like for your own quilt.
