Im currently in switzerland vacationing and as a filipino i can feel this negative energy hovering over me whenever i go out. The long grumpy stare, the constant looking behind at you when standing in line somewhere as to make sure youre not a stealer, the cold responses when you ask for help and not scooting over to offer the empty seat on the busy train just letting you struggling to balance with your luggage in the hallway just to name a few. My travel companion can be oblivious to these little signs, I just dont bring it up as to not ruin his experience.
Switzerland is extremely racist when it comes to East-Asians, they did the same to Japanese, Chinese with posters discouraging immigration of similar people.

We have the same police abuses in Canada but it is probably exponentially worse and systematically covered up. The Canadian people have a word for this, (it impacts everyone, primarily the disadvantaged regardless of race), we just call it "Canada". Police notoriously corrupt and racist across the country but you’re right it’s mainly against the poor no matter what colour it’s just worse for some groups especially natives.
I’ve rarely had good encounter with them and I’m a well off white kid and that’s the only reason I got away. I’ve dealt with mental health and addiction and have slightly darker skin so I’ve seen both sides before. I’ve been caught with hard drugs after being randomly searched because they see a scrawny obvious addidct and as soon as they found out I was from a well off family they let me go with a warning while keeping my drugs and cash. I have a bunch of other stories with the surrounding police departments out east, I’d give worse examples but I don’t want to give away which city I’m from cause I’ve already given too much personal info

I live in Geneva, Switzerland and have for 14 years. I haven't had an issue with any of the citizens here. This is surprising to me.

Every country is racist. But people don't know the difference between systemic racism and racism in general. It's not systemic unless there is something in the law or governance that deliberately discriminates against a particular race. People are all racists no matter which country.
Although not by race, just for eg., Hindus are systemically discriminated against, in India. Laws are against them, governance is against them, all schemes against Hindus, in their own country. This is systemic discrimination.

Switzerland got themselves in that situation for allowing all those African in their country as refugees. Every country should for their people, not foreigners unless their are allow legally and they they need to integrate into their society, but since that hardly happens they start making demands. That's why Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Latvia, Bulgaria, don't allow Africans or Muslims, because if they allow those people in their country their identity and culture its going to change.

2:25 is a very poor example. ADHD does not excuse one for committing crimes and should not be a get out of jail card regardless of race. I'd be very concerned if it was.
He himself also mentioned how he was treated differently than other prisoners for example the persevering of his Jail sentence. Comparing to other criminal cases it is only insane. This itself shows true prejudice which is enough to conclude discrimination. The swiss authorities multiple of times ignored facts on individuals blatantly and assumes the best-given quotient to be always correct by which they're brushing down the context under the carpet.

in the un there exist countless work groups to achieve all kinds of goals for the benefit of humanity: look up the SDG (sustainable development goals). each country can decide to participate in any of them, or not, but it strengthens your country's ties if you do.

I also worked for over 3 years in Frutigen which traditionally votes for the right-wing party (SVP). From what I experienced I would say there are some cases of racism here. However, it's nowhere close to be systematic. I never felt that I have any disadvantages because of my skin color.
