Wow, you have beautiful roses in your garden 😊 So gorgeous 🌹 I bought 3 roses this year, they are my first roses❤ Thank you for sharing lovely pink roses🤗👍🔔 I’ll come back again ☘️
I planted the salvia pretty closed to the roses, about 1 foot the most because we have deers issue so I try to enclose the roses with catmints and salvia to create a barrier to the deers! I cant remember the variety but I would recommend crystal blue salvia, and blue marvel salvia. For lavender i would do hidcote english. I got them from local garden centers or homedepot or lowes. Goodluck!
Very nice! What type of lavender do you grow? Also, what do you spray your roses with to keep the bad insects away? I have next to no leaves left from Flea Beetles, caterpillars and other insects and looking for a natural solution.
I cant remember the exact variety name of the lavender. I know they are English lavender I got from Home depot! I dont spray anything to my roses. The best way to do naturally is to grow different variety of plants to create a balanced ecosystem. I still do have some thrips, alphids and sawflies eating my roses but very minimal! You cant go 100% pest free. I am happy with my garden this year! Last year I got huge thrip problem, I spray with organic and chemical insecticides but the pest still persisted and I realized its not a good solution! This year I let the nature takes it course! All I do is growing alot of salvia, nepeta, marigold, foxgloves, alliums to attract beneficial insects! Watch Fraser Valley Rose farm he has lots of information for growing and caring for rose. Hope it helps!

After watching your video, you have inspired me to grow more roses and salvia. Lol😂
Yeah salvia is a reliable bloomer if you kept deadheading, it comes back fresh and keep putting on the show when the roses take their break.
Beautiful. How far apart did you plant the rose with catmint and salvia? Which variety of lavender? And where did you purchase them?
