Just subscribed .... I practice MMA ... mature martial arts 🥋 I'm 57 and have to be very technical with training to avoid injury and I think that I will be doing your drills thank you 🙏
Really looking forward to travel to the Philippines 🇵🇭 to practice with you guys. I’m self-taught but I will like to correct the small gaps to perfect my Escrima skills even more.
Hi thank you this is really helpful. Could you upload something on wrist flexibility, or correct twirling wrist movement/technique. Thanks a lot. I practice Muai Thai and specialise on Wing Chun free style wooden dummy. Would love to implement Kali on the dummy. Thanks a lot.
Wooow, I was fascinated by this video, really clearly explained, I learned more than in other options, thanks for sharing, I don't know if you have any online course, regards
Very pleasant presenter , enjoyed much. As a small boy having a Mixed Asian friend we played together and often walked along a concrete retaining wall between property lots. His grandpa decided to see if we could stay on the walk but maneuver quickly sort of playing with us moving a broom handle near our feet. We all laughed as the speed increased and got hit mildly a few times but it turned out he was proficient in Escrima and they started to teach me. It's always stayed with me as a enjoyable art and now old, a form of exercise as well. As any real defense, carrying the sticks is probably considered illegal and get you arrested in America while people with stolen guns go free and ultimately the best defense is awareness, common sense and sticks won't beat a gun. Theory is ok if and only when it works but often it fails. As a art I like it but wish I had someone to practice with and counter.
Leave that twirl to the exercise. In a real wild fight, guys like Grand Master Bobby Taboada would beat the shit out of you, while you are happy twirling around: ruclips.net/user/shortsGWiocKtBDgQ
