@1:35. Columns A & B are unbraced along Local Y and both will simultaneously bend about the Local Z within the 4m column height. Therefore in design the length of A & B will be both 4 meters. Effective length factor ELZ = 1.2 for both is ok

2:39 you have mentioned effective length about Z both the times. Which one is effective length about X?
Why 1.2 is taken??
1.2 is taken as K factor here
but it is for steel column design factor
