Since the old road's gone and all of the super Hi-ways are the only way to get around the island it's not alot of fun anymore, or it's a new kinda fun. Jamaica-me-Home. Pretty please...!!!
@Ddor03 last time I saw it, it was mostly over grown weeds. Compared to what it was back in the days. It's only a about a few miles left that are drivable.

You can still use the old roads if you want to. I do welcome the new highways as they make long distance travel a lot less stressful.

Correction, the old roads are still there. I just drove the old road from Ochi to Portmore just last week.

I remember arriving at Montego bay around 1:30 , finally leaving for our resort around 3:00 and arriving at our resort about an hour before sunset 🌇 😀
