    Hey Malcom and Rachelle, I really enjoy your podcasts. You guys are so happy and friendly. Here's a weird question for ya'll. Do you have a recipe for cabbage rolls? I have a pellet grille to cook these on. Family wants these instead of a turkey. Thanks and cheers !

    Corned beef and pastrami are the same process except corned beef is boiled or pressure cooked and pastrami is rubbed and smoked.

    I’ve corned beef a few times and I think the difference is Corning uses pink curing salt.
