Gosh I LOVE minimalist journals! This has me so inspired for my own 2025 journal! Usually, on the page next to the calendar, I add a gratitude page, 1 line per day, what I'm grateful for or something good that happened. Helps me look for positives
Hi I love your spread Here are some ideas for that blank page 1. Habit tracker 2. Monthly expenses 3. To buy/sell 4. Health tracker 5. Goals of the month 6. To do list 7. Work schedule 8. Recipe log 9. weather tracker ❤✨️
Great setup! 🎉 For the blank page next to the month, I like to put my tasks for the month. Home DIYs, things I want to buy. To dos that don't have a set date that you have to do them by.
thank you! It would be good practice since I am trying to get into the habit of using habit trackers... but I think you're right and I should at least keep track of monthly to-dos :)
I love your minimalistic style, and your penmanship is so pretty. You inspired me to use your your monthly look back layout as my FAVORITE MONTHLY book in my reading journal for 2025. I am going for a more minimalistic and calming look and feel for my 2025 reading journal. I'll be using a midori grid paper notebook. I believe it's an A5.
thank you! honestly, that's such a good idea I might use it for my reading journal... I haven't used grid paper in a longgg time so you'll have to let me know how it goes, I'd consider adding a similar notebook to my 2025 stack :)
19:00 It looks good the way it is... but... if you add a line to the left of the month it will make it more cohesive with the page to the right. So essentially a line to the left of the month to balance out the sticker to the right of the month.
I'm definitely going to consider doing that - I've been trying to be better about actually writing in depth in my journals so that would be great practice - I say for sure do the weekly vertical, it's kind of my favorite set up ;)
Hello! New subscriber. Love how minimal your bujo set up is, albeit similar to mine which I appreciate the look alot. Most bujo tends to be overly done (I get its creative purposes as well) but it gave me unrealistic expectations of my bujos that I get upset if it's not as nice. I started doing minimal design which has been realistic and practical for me. Looking forward to seeing more content. hehe
Love the minimalistic design it’s so clean and easy on the eye I have a question since you do really minimalistic themes in your journal why did you choose a thick paper journal is it just a personal preference or do you have other reasons I want to do more minimalistic so I was thinking about ditching the thicker paper to sth like 100 gsm paper
Thank you for watching :) I like to use gel pens and having thicker paper makes it easier to write with them. I also like it because it prevents ghosting on the next page.

I LOVE that idea
So neat! I love your tidy bujo design, not a big fan of this style in my own journals, but to sneak into someone else’s is a guilty pleasure ❤😅

@Ellensjournals will do! 🙂
@Ellensjournals do you have a reading journal set-up video?
I don’t just yet but I was considering making a video showing all of the journals I will be using in 2025- reading journal included :)
I'm so happy that I found this channel , I was planning to start a journal lately and the only thing I needed was the idea of the theme 🩷🌸

The tragedy at the end of having to renumber... 😂 Super nice and clean setup; really relaxing to watch, too.
nothing like breaking in a new journal with getting my days wrong ;) thank you so much for being here - glad you enjoyed it
This is such a nice set-up and I really love how you explained your process! Inspires me to improve my own videos like this :)
I think the blank page will be best for a letter for yourself
