- Rosedale Toronto is where you will find Toronto's grandest homes and most affluential residents. Victorian, Edwardian and Georgian homes dating to the mid 1800's complete the collection of homes that have become an architectural wonder of residential Ontario. Rosedale is rich with parks, excellent schools, comtemparary restaurants and a thriving 'shopping' district.
This Rosedale neighbourhood profile is brought to you by Bosley; Toronto's oldest and most progressive real estate company. - Хобби
They don't mention the endless construction noise from homes constantly being remodelled, and the leaf blowers going full force every day of the week. I can't remember one time I walked through Rosedale thinking it was a quiet oasis...
The homes are probably sound proof?
@@firekingM101 I don't know go around to each house - knock on the door and ask them
What happen to use broom?
Leaf blowing would be seasonal. Given the number and age of the trees the amount of leaves dropped in the autumn is astronomical. Some properties tossing several hundred bags.
My grandmother's mother lived at 185 Crescent Road in the mid 1940s.
Nice video thanks 😊☝🏻
Nice 'n[' kool Victorian houses, Art Deco and Beaux Arts style architecture. Aw yeah!
Nice and beautiful place!
Nice
Loved my stay there.
Geddy Lee lives in Rosedale.
unlike many places in the world the whole city of Toronto is decent an livable. only population makes a difference, this is what Rosedale is about.
Have the income
Very pretty🌟
My favorite area
Why?
If I had the funds I’d move to Rosedale
Could but wouldn't.
Never give up dreams think positive one day you would.
🇮🇹 (I) Toronto è una bellissima città! Stupenda per viverci e lavorarci.

Wow and I thought Westmount was nice
westmount is better!
Honestly. Ive seen and been inside better homes in remote places.
That being said this is in the innercity of Toronto. Rosedale has some old families and old " wealth " within. Just not enough country side appeal.
Rosedale was much more Roaedale in the 80s and 90s and I am sure before those years. I went there recently during Covid years and its lost its Rosedale appeal. Things change and change is NOT GOOD.
The service in the restaurants was poor and the guest's seemed like outsiders as did the bar and restaurant owners.
Back in the the 90s there were British owned pubs with actual British food and billionaires like David Thompson would stroll in. Back in the 80s there were Rolls Royce cars in most of the driveways and the restaurants hosted black tie and tux events.
It was the BEST ... BACK THEN ❤

With expensive Shops opening up and houses ranging from 1.4 to 2 million in Mississauga, Oakville etc, this is not the case for Rosedale anymore!
Coutts Brown i wasn’t talking about the desirableness of the neighbourhood I was talking about the expensive aspect.
@@ballesterosag Oakville is not even close to matching the charm of Rosedale and the closeness to downtown.
Anibal Ballesteros No you weren’t. You said, “this is not the case anymore”, clearly referring to what the title of video is suggesting of Rosedale.
YUCK SAUGA IS TRASH
@@JREVY22DECEPTICON416 That's not nice, JREVY22. CMJ
impressive yes but Shaughnessy Heights in Vancouver, the largest upscale area in any city has views to go with the serene surroundings. 35 mill on 4 acres at 68 bridal path you say ? So sorry , at 1233 Tecumseh on not even one acre for 39.980. you do the math. in its hey day it had its own gold course for residents only.
Sounds like a farm. We have a city here in Toronto. It's a popular place for Vancouverites to talk about. Incessantly.
🙄
In fairness, they Don't offer something for everyone...
You need to be a millionaire just to rent an apt.
Rosedale is beautiful but 'most desirable'? By opinion only
To hypocritical to me. Very snobby. Who cares.
Nice
